3. Cut your meat as you eat! Let’s say you have a steak dinner…you sit down, cut it into individual pieces and then chow-down! It’s the best steak you’ve ever had! Then about 10 minutes after polishing off the entire thing you realize you’ve over-eaten! If you would have cut a piece at a time as you ate, it would have taken you longer to eat and given your brain time to realize that your stomach was getting full before it was to late!
